Game Balls from Oregon State

Offense: Cody Hoffman.  Who else would it be?  If Riley had played and only had one turnover, I could give him the ball this week.  He played well.  But three turnovers, especially unforced turnovers doomed his chances, and the teams, of winning.  On the other side, Cody Hoffman just quietly went about his way collecting another ten receptions and topping 100 yards once again.

Defense: I feel like the whole defense underwhelmed the entire game as Oregon State’s offensive line really dictated the flow of the game.  Kyle Van Noy probably had the most impressive game and I think it wouldn’t even be an issue if his tipped ball hadn’t unfortunately fell into the Beaver tight end’s hands in the end zone.  Two tackles, one sack, and a hurry during the game.

Special Teams: Surprisingly, I gotta give it to Justin Sorensen who was 3/3 on PAT and 1/1 on FG from 35 yards.
